I'm not sure if entitled would be the right way to put it, as I would look at what other pay arrangements other local webmasters have there.
Here, most non-employee/outside contractors here get a per hour fee, some get a bit less per hour but a small bonus every so often. Some employees who work for smaller companies and do other things for their regular job duties may also handle website updates and possibly search engine work for the company also. If your webmastering duties are rolled up like this, you have to be careful though in that your hourly wage isn't way lower than what other webmasters would get for the same work, unless you want to for some reason.
As far as the how much salary, I think you need to look at where you are located and what others who are doing comparable work are getting, and go from there.
If you are licensed you could be paid a commission from the broker based on sales or a percentage of sales. If you are not licensed then you will not be able to earn commission on Real Estate sales.
So assuming you are licensed you could be paid either way and the amount would vary tremendously based on what you are able to accomplish or what you have accomplished in the past.
I would think that a salary with a bonus structure would work best. Most webmasters I can imagine would like the security of a salary especially since they would be relying on you to sell.

Yeah agreed, salary plus bonus would be the way to go. Creating some incentive is always good for increasing effort.
