Forum signatures are good in getting quality backlinks. I already check my backlinks using backlinkwatch.com and yahoo site explorer and I see that Google considers forum signatures.

Pick a few sites with rew being #1 obviously and posting a few daily.

If the only reason you are here is for the backlinks, I think you are missing the point. There are other forums out there for that. Although I am still very new to this forum, I see the big picture the mods here are trying to create. The spam free platform of these forums is refreshing. The community is intelligent and truly helpful no matter what you need. I myself need to put more time into trying to learn as much as I can from such free flowing minds here.

backlink watch uses yahoo's API, so it is not an indication if Google counts them as backlinks. You need to check out your Google Webmaster area for that.
