New Washington DC LEC 3

Please provide feed back on this shiny, new REW LEC 3 focused on the Washington DC condo market: www.dccondoboutique.com

The goal of the site is to appeal to urban, upscale condo buyers in the Washington, DC market. Out of the gate, the site highlights 10 distinct DC neighborhoods and 180 condo buildings.

I was actually admiring your LEC in your sig after seeing you review another site - I REALLY << note use of caps like the custom color scheme, it's one of my favorites on LEC 3 so far.

I especially love the contrast of the colors with the slideshow photos selected - did you or the designer pick those? They are perfect!

I picked the photos in the slideshow. I shot the building photos in the slideshow and on the site with my Canon EOS 30D. It is rewarding to see your on photography come to life on a website!

REW Garet deserves a huge accolade for picking the maroon and gray colors on the first pass!

I gotta agree with Morgan. I really like the slideshow photos and color scheme.

I think having the really long list of condo results in the center column of the homepage is too much. It leaves a lot of whitespace when you scroll down and I'd rather click and explore before getting so many results shown to me.

Very well done! I really like the map search graphic but agree that the search results on the front page just creates a long page. I think you would convert better to drop the results which moves the search options just below the map search. Overall - I think you have a beautiful sight that is well targeted to your audience. Well done!!

Mark, it's good to know you can take pictures of that high quality with that camera. I have one of those as well

Your site looks great! I'm always surprised at how different and nice each LEC 3 looks once they are completed.
