Does editing a blog affect serps?

Thanks for all the responses. I ended adding a few items to the body and noticed a change in google for a week or so. The title was changed to Real Estate Blog in the serps but then later changed back to the title I had before, strange?

Probably fluxed back to the old results or coming from a different data center at the moment. Be patient.
