I like the visual of the site - it looks modern, web 2.0. However, I found navigation kind of clunky and didn't know hot to "search" for properties. Most of the relevant traffic you want are people who want to doing something on your site. That do something is search.

I guess if you provide some kind of search it would help and save the visitor some time to go over that long text. The site is easy to use and good luck.
