Over here in Europe the words realtor, realty, and real estate have no meaning, although we us them in theme text for LSI in Google algo.

That would be a great reason to use them, but if people in Europe don't use those terms, why would you want them in the G? International clients maybe? I have heard that in England "real estate agents" are called "estate agents" and it is a profession that is looked down upon, kinda like used car sales here (IMO).

Compared with estate agents, used car salesmen rate as St. Peter's guardians. We have over 100 estate agents just in our small town of 50,000, and someone once suggested that one of them was honest, but it turned out to be only a rumour.
