Help selling home

I need to sell my home fast but have a huge prob. With all the dry weather the well is going dry. It is a shallow well. I had an appointment set to have another drilled but they knew that they were going to hit sulphur water. I don't want to drill a well and tell the buyers that I "drilled a new sulphur water well" just for you., YUCK! The house is in a small community (and I do mean small). Its located in a beautiful area in the country. It a very large victorian home that I have spent a lot of time and money to re-finish. How can I get this house moving? Any questions? Any advice??

Check out your local yellow pages and look for water treatment companies. I'm sure they'll have a variety of options that they can explain to you.
