    Default New site question

Im going to start making my real estate site before i have my licence so when i get it my site will be close to ranking. What kind of content should i put on the site while i dont have my licence? I was thinking of visitor information, any other ideas?

If you think about it, you can pretty much add everything. I'd probably just keep it so there's no way to contact you (in particular) yet (keep an affiliation with you off the site).

Buld it up, serp it up, and draw leads into a form that mails off to "someone". Then you "could" give/sell those leads to another RE agent for the time being.. I am sure you can find ather agent. One you are ready, keep your leads for yourself and make the business.

Search Homes for Sale in SAN DIEGO and other San Diego Real Estate via the San Diego MLS.

I would say anything you want as long as you are not promoting a real estate service.

Before you advertise a real estate service in Arizona you might take a look at this document. A.A.C. 4-28-502

The site is going to be for portland oregon. My dad knows some people there so i will be able to get a job at a real estate office, and learn what im doing. Ill let the people who are teaching me use the site to list their properties for the term of my employment, and when i feel confident i know what im doing ill strike out on my own.

    Sounds great.

My point is that there are rules and/or regulations that govern real estate advertising.

    Good Luck!

hi Ewok, as long as you don't advertise yourself as an agent, you'll be fine. There are only few agents out there that are webmasters as well.
