    Thanks, Jason.

My next project is to learn DreamWeaver and use that to build out HomeSurfer.com. Most everyone recommends it over FrontPage, but it will probably be hard making the adjustment.

I think you'll find Dreamweaver very user friendly and when working in design mode very intuitive.

I agree. I just didn't want to sound condescending. A highly skilled developer doesn't use programs like Frontpage or Dreamweaver either.

I know a few highly skilled developers that do use Dreamweaver. They write all the code in the code view, but can than easily switch to the design view to see what they have done. That's why i think dreamweaver is great, i do all of my coding in the coding view and than can easily switch over to design to see what i screwed up. But i am by no means a highly skilled developer, heck, i'm not even a skilled developer. i'm a links guy.

Well, I'm not a highly skilled web designer and don't expect to ever be an excellent web designer.

But I know real estate and lending inside and out.

Then something like DreamWeaver or Visual Interdev would be perfect for you!!It really allows you to do a lot without having to know how you did it.

    Exactly.

I already know FrontPage, but since my partner does a lot in ColdFusion, we figured DreamWeaver would be a better fit for the future.

But the last site did okay, too.
