I'm curious why my post from 4 years ago was removed. The link that was there pointed to a list of over a dozen asset management companies, which would be of interest to those people who requested this info.

My pardner and I have been in the REO business for over 20 years, and I have never heard of the product before. Considering the constant shifting of Asset Managers, and the frequent shift in the platforms, the key to the value would seem to be primarially dependent on the frequency and quality of the updates. No mention is made on thier web site of updates. Also they are asking we REO brokers to proof thier list for $1.00 per correction. Also anyone who is in this business already has a updated list and knows to keep it updated.
