Nothing gets you as many quality hits as advertising and word of mouth. One of our brokers sponsors the traffic helicopter on the premier local AM radio news station here in Seattle. Seattle is notorious for its bad traffic and long drive times, and during the day, this stations runs a traffic report every 15 minutes "live from the Coldwell Banker Bain traffic helicopter."
I guarantee you a lot of people stuck in traffic are thinking about moving closer to work. That was one of the reasons I finally bought my first house.

Exactly. As always with hits, they do not register with me unless I get feedback from the clicker, go for quality hits and the numbers will not bother you again.
