I would start with the company that has the best training program. It's difficult to be all on your own as a new real estate agent.

I'm in Orlando and the keyword "Orlando Fl real estate" is actually not dominated by brokerages but by Trulia, Zillow and a few agents.
Personally, as a fellow Orlando area agent, I would encourage you go out and find your own leads. It seems trivial but you will be able to build your own business. As a new agent you really have to understand that you are managing your own business and being able to get prospects will help you in the long run. It is good to have a broker with great knowledge and great training to help you grow YOUR business.
How to find leads?
1-Start with your sphere. Make sure they know you are in the business and that you need their support. Yeah, they probably know 10 other Realtors, but if you are the one calling them and you follow up to see how they are doing, you will be top of mind.
2-Do open houses. This is how I got started. I used to do open houses every single day. While you won't sell tons of homes doing that, it certainly can help you get started.
3-Outwork everyone. You have to put in at least 8 to 10 hours a day of WORK. Prospect, follow up, business plan, preview properties, learn something new, and measure results. Always measure your results as that should keep you sharp.
4-When you get a sale, don't forget that you are running a business. Spend some of that money on marketing your business to get more sales.
While relying on a broker's leads may be great, there's nothing better than you being able to generate your own.
Good luck to you with whatever you do!
