Has anyone ever worked with an REO company called Green River? I just signed up with them hoping to get BPO's and they sent me an email to be the listing agent of a new construction home in my direct area they are handling for a private investor that has forclosed. I am excited but a bit leary. anyone with info would be greatly apreciated The website was RIOcentral.com/prospectivebroker.aspx

From what I have read they are a good company to work with. Reimbursements submitted by the 1st are paid by the 15. Also their customer services is pretty good. They are quick to respond
