Smile San Diego Real Estate Home Search

My name is Daniel Beer and I own San Diego Home Finder. I am in the process of redesigning the site and am very seriously considering to get it done with Real Estate Webmasters. I love the fact that you can get an indexable custom IDX and I have looked at many of their sites and they tend to rank well.

My business focuses on San Diego real estate for sale as a hole, but mainly Carmel Valley homes for Sale and Rancho Bernardo Homes For sale. There is not any one of my competitors that uses REW, which I think could be a big opportunity for me.

Do any of you have the only REW site in your market? How does it do?

    Thanks,

    Dan

First of all, you do have some very well positioned REW sites in the SD market, as most of the prominent markets have as well. However, if you niche your site to those two areas you mention, you should have no problem having your site becoming a dominant player. It will just depend on what you do to your site to get it there. Asking REW clients how their site does is the same as asking a lottery winner how they liked playing the lottery.

    Aloha Daniel,

As you will see through navigating the forum, it is a wealth of information. And yes, REW sites seem to do extremely well on SERPs. Are you thinking of going with a template or custom?

    Hi Daniel,

Welcome to REW! You're at the right place.

I am perhaps unique in that I do not have REW competition in my marketplace, the Greater Salt Lake City area, due to high MLS fees for IDX.

Though I still have a lot of work to do on page rank for terms like Salt Lake City Real Estate, my searchable IDX provides me enough leads to keep busy. Anyone doing a Google search of a Utah MLS number or the address of a home for sale will find me on page one of the search results. And that works for me!

Good luck--you can't go wrong with Real Estate Webmasters.

Even I agree, we cannot go wrong with real estate webmasters. Lot of people they can go wrong in this forum. But I say it's not true. Buying and selling information is up to the mark in this forum.
