Who has used Retriever?? Thoughts and Suggestions

Anyways who has used it? Does it work well? Pros and Cons. How about when its compared to OpenRealty? I am very interested in a opensource MLS solution as opposed to the paid IDX versions. What are your thoughts regarding this?

Retriever, is for getting mls data from a RETS server. I have used it with limited success. I found it not very easy to customize.. Do you have RETS a data feed for your area?

Well when dealing with the RETS data feed I ended up using
ORC
to get the raw data. ...

Are you looking for a solution to add your own listings into your website? Or something that will display the MLS data?
I have not tried openrealty.

Basicly I want to display MLS data. I dont have my own listings, so to speak.

ORC worked pretty good. But I had to code the whole IDX search by hand, all it gives you is the data not sure if this is what you are looking for....are you a programmer?
