Default SEO firm looking for realtors

We are a small SEO firm looking to branch out to more local businesses. We are currently searching car dealerships, with realty being next. We are wondering if anyone has developed a plan regarding SEO for local realtors? Just curious if someone has found something that seems to be working well for them. We have done the initial keyword research for our metrolpolis and outlying suburbs.
Not sure if it would be better to restrict each agent to one area, with exclusivity in that market regarding our SEO services- or if a cost-pre-keyword plan would be the better way to go.

    Any thoughts?

I think having one agent per area is the way to go.

I personally dont take more then 1 realtor per geographical area there are plenty of areas to service and that way your clients stay loyal. There are of course excetions where realtors may be friends and ask that you do each others sites so they can dominate 1 and 2 together with their perspecitive sites, I know a few realtors that do this, but this is at the realtors discression

Default Optimizing for realtor web sites in the same location

The company I work for Vexcom, Inc. has built over 20,000 real estate web sites, when our clients expressed that they wished to be optimized for more than just the city and state - we started Realty-SEO.com . Once you start to talk to your clients you'll find trhat they may want to optimized for a subdivisions or neighborhood within one geographis location. This is why it is possible to have more than one client per geographic location.

Your company built 20,000 real estate sites? why is it on your other site that does the seo ( http://www*realty-seo.com/html/case_studies*cfm ) you dont list even one real estate related site ranking for anything? instead you point out examples of your own site ranking for obscure phases like 'Vexcom'? 17,900 results, that must have been pretty tough..

Mind you, web design atlanta is a good term I would be proud of that one, your right though Ewok, one shouldnt post Case studies if they dont have the results to back it or need to post obscure search terms, I always rip SEO Inc for their using an old client acemagnetics that now doesnt rank for any of their main kw's in their case studies, if you dont have a client any more or they dont rank, for heavens sake dont post them.

Like claiming businesslauncher.com ranks #1 for business launcher when clearly from its title its main kw phrase is atlanta search engine optimization where they arent in the top 100 is a little silly.

Sorry to rip on you, you may well know what your doing and just be starting out, so I hope you will take this as constructive criticism

    Good luck
