I on the other hand, LOVE Real Estate.....

I am a realtor, an agent, a web designer, and a "real estate consumer...lol" and I find that loyalty is the KEY to success... Just the other day I pulled a lead off the web for a place in La Jolla that this lady wanted to buy for $1.4MM but when I was talking with her she told me that she'd like to see the place and she found it on my site yet she has been working with a Realtor for over thirty years and she would be the one assisting her in the purchase.... (I still offered to show her it because I had nothing to lose, but she said she'd call her agent)

That agent just made a very decent commission because of one word - LOYALTY!

I am a newbie here too. I do have tons of articles and hope to reciprocally share those with you. I will go and look at yours. Mine are on my sites as articles and essays. I'll be in touch. I am the most sensitive person here, I think, about only wanting to share links where both sides are embedded in pretty large and very informative articles written for the consumer!

I'll check out your site asap. Feel free to read my stuff and write to me as well. I try to not exchange links with only linking farm type pages. Personally I expect Google to weed out the link-farms in real estate link exchanges again. At least they did that to my sites... I was doing thousands of such... some still remain, but I'm trying to clean up my act... at least in this one area.

I can agree with this. Customer loyalty is something that has to be developed and many real estate agents either don't understand this or know where to start.
