Default Good REW LEC landing page

Fellow REW members with LEC, what have you done for a good landing page? I've had some good luck creating good landing pages for some of my other sites, but I am having difficulty creating a landing page with a decent quality score with our LEC. G has definitely made getting a good quality score more difficult in the recent past.

You are speaking "specifically" about for PPC right? Because a "good" landing page, is one that converts well - not one that has a good quality score (although both should be possible) - here is an example of how we setup REW LEC 2.0 landing pages http://www.just4real.com/lake-manassas-real-estate.php

very little content at the top (but enough) and then just right into listings (to max out conversion) then lots of content opportunity at the bottom for kw inclusion / qual score modification / optimization

Hope that helps (care to share what you are doing btw? Other members, including myself would love to hear you share your success.

Yes, that's right, we're doing a PPC. We're getting quality scores in the 3s and 4s!

is this "just" for the keyword "chandler real estate" - the page could certainly use some work. You have it in the title (but nothing else) which is not necessarily ideal. You have it in some headings but nowhere in the non heading textual elements - meta description, no mention of it. and I can't really speak to the keyword selection, add copy or CTR all of which also contribute to quality score - I don't think I need to tell you, that 3's and 4's are not acceptable for QS for major terms

Should the listings be at the top, just for landing pages or is it a good idea period.

Have your landing page go to the corresponding city. Etc. If you are doing PPC on a specific city make sure your landing page is that city.
