Hey guys. Does anyone know of an IDX solution vendor that allows visitors to a website to search for homes once or twice, then require a login. I had this solution under another broker, but he has the market for the area with this particular IDX vendor. It has worked fantastic. Now, I still have the traffic, but I can't call or send emails without info.

Yes, I've heard of it, but it sounds like a bad idea to me. Why would a buyer give up their anonymity to search for homes, when there are hundreds of websites that don't require registration?

Yes, you may get leads, but a very low percentage will be qualified, and many will give you bogus registration information. Having tons of unqualified leads to sift through is very expensive. I'd rather have 30 leads per month, of which 5 converted, than 500 leads per month of which 6 converted.

Listingware.com has this feature. No registration, progressive prompting, and show one page of results then require.
