Hi Agnes,

The truth is its pretty awful but not as bad as its has been, were ok because were a small low cost operation but unfortunately (or fotunately depedning on your perspective) there have been a lot of agents go under and some are still falling by the wayside.

The best deals were bought in 2009 which most people just cant get there head around that the best deals are gone when they see the state of the Spanish economy. The reality is however there are far fewer distressed vendors than there were a year ago.

Bye the way I set up my business to try and be a professional and ethical estate agent (not that many in CDS) but I am slowly comming to the conclustion that buyers get the estate agents they deserve.
