Default Lead Manager 3.0 Improvements Session

As you may or may not know, one of the key pieces of the REW 2010 Summit this year is the "Improving the lead manager" session. Here is a chance for everyone to get together and provide feedback on future features that they would like to see implemented, or share cool mods that they feel would benefit the membership.

One piece for instance that I want to discuss personally (I use the same backend you do) is better reporting in the backend as super admin. I want to know how healthy my system is from a conversion perspective, and whether or not my sales team is performing as expected or whether training is required etc - so I will be creating a new "reports" tab in the backend for just this function.

I am starting this thread as a pre-cursor to that session - I figure folks can post some of their thoughts, ideas, complaints, or praises of the current system or for the future system and perhaps that might spur others to come up with ideas / suggestions for the summit.

So lets here it REW Summit attendees and customers - what improvements (from a lead management perspective) would you like to see in the system?

*Note - integrated email client functionality has already been discussed in length in the client collaboration section, and will not be part of this upgrade.

    For me

When viewing the list of leads as they've come in - it would be extremely helpful to be able to see to what agent the lead is assigned both on the New leads as well as the Returning leads tabs.

    Currently, the only information is:
    Full Name Email Date Status

I realize there is little real estate available, so for me replacing Email with Agent would be much more beneficial

i have quite a few little improvements that I think will be simple upgrades but will add a lot of functionality to the LM.

Knowing which agent has been assigned leads on a real time basis would be very helpful.

Being able to email the leads and use an email extension with effecting the users log in email addy would be great

Being able to have a "quick notes" section to be able to give a quick over view would be fantastic. It can be done now by adding notes in the surname section but obviously that's not ideal.

Lots of other little tweaks that i think will make a small but useful addition to LM 3

    Looking fwd to it

    Oh forgot one Jennifer requested:

Ability to add a secondary email address to lead. Some leads are husband wife with separate email accounts.

Being able to add a second email to an account will emails and idx searches to be delivered to both parties without having to create a separate account and duplicate effort.

I wish agents had better control of past clients. It is really hard for them to look at the full list of people when doing follow up. We need to make it easizer to follow up with past clients.

Past clients, you mean "closed" deals? So other than doing a search by "closed" status - (will give you a list of sortable past / closed clients) what else would you like to see?

Where is the discussion on the?

Here is an solution for bouncing e-mail.
If a propects mail bounces then the prospect goes into a bad e-mail group, all e-mail campaigns & saved searches cease. Simultaneously the prospects control panel gives him a message that his e-mail is bounicing & he can't get prop. alerts. Optionally, the propects abilty to see prop details could be restircted. Second option is when the prospect updates the bad e-maill then an e-mail would be sent out with a confirmation link.

When searching leads I would like the option of searching by registration date or last visit date.

I would like to search leads by # times visited (or # prop viewed)

I would also like to search leads by the date they were last updated (actually time since being updated)

Combine these with my previous request.
Then as an example I could search all leads that:
    visited within the last week
    have visited 20 times+
and that have not been updated in 60 days.

I would catch a few sales falling through the cracks with something like that.
