OK, Morgan has graciously asked me to speak again this year. So here is what I am preparing...but I would like your input and feedback as well..please feel free to let me know what you'd like me to add or questions you'd like me to (attempt to) answer.
We all know that true authority online is a major component of how search engines rank sites. The site must be great and search engine friendly, but at the end of the day,the authority is the gas in the tank that makes your awesome REW machine run.
The #1 Question that I get when I consult with agents is: "How do I Build Authority? I have only 30 minutes a day!"
The reality is, with the products provided by REW and 30 minutes a day almost everyone here (in all but the most competitive cities) should be able to build the authority to generate enough online leads for a great return on their investment and a solid revenue stream for their business. No excuses.
So I will take on the challenge:
What if I was parachuted into a city where I only knew my broker?
What if I had only 30 minutes a day to build my online reputation?
How would I spend each day?
What SPECIFIC things would I do?
What tools would I use to save time?
What new tools are out there this year to make life easier and save me time?
Where would I NOT cut corners? What WOULDN'T I do?
What would I do to leverage my efforts?
How would I use the economic tough times to work to my advantage?
Who would I connect with? How would I connect with them?
In short, how would I not only build online authority, but sell houses to people while doing it?
I am preparing to present a full month of what I would do (and have done) if I had to build TRUE authority from scratch. Starting from NOTHING. (because that is where we ALL have started. ;-) )
So does this sound like fun? Please let me know what you think. I value each of your feedback and want to make this the best REW conference yet.
I look forward to seeing (and hanging out with) you in Nanaimo in September.
best;
Eric

. Not only will these results benefit the attendees at this years conference, but you to will benefit from a little extra one on one time with your teenage son. Who could ask for more?
