    Bill Nasby is awesome... I've done door knocking with his specific script and had A LOT of success. Highly suggested.

    Seems like every good trainer was trained by Mike Ferry. This guy knows his craft and is highly respected in the real estate community.

    Knocking on doors probably is a old concept. you should try other means like posting ads and classifieds on the internet or networking and talking to people in the community. its better to talk to them formally than bother them at their doorstep. just my thoughts

    The concept of door-to-door for anything is outdated, sorry but I'm just going to say it like I see it. The only thing I have ever had sold to me by someone who knocked on my door was girl scout cookies. And maybe once in a blue moon a Jehovas Witness will knock on my door. Other than that, it's way too intrusive.
