Default Question about search engine simulators and links

I was asked to exchange links with this links page:
    ww(w).ryansazrealty.com/content/article.html?id=541518 (delete the parentheses)

I ran the page through this search engine simulator [ http://www.webmasterscene.com/search-engine-simulator/ ] and it showed that no outbound links would be seen by the search engines.

When I ran the page though this S.E.S [ http://www.searchengineworld.com/cgi-bin/sim_spider.cgi ] it said the links would be seen.

    What is the real answer??

Thanks in advance for everyone's help!

The parameters themselves are not enough to prevent parsing there is only 1 ? and 1 = so google can certainly handle that. ryansazrealty.com/robots.txt he is not blocking anything in his robots.txt file - nothing blocking in the header data - outbound links are in acceptable html format. I see no reason why this page cant be cached, or this link wont count.
