Of the top six sites 5 of them have, IYO, spammy urls. Humm seems google doesn't have a problem with these.

I have about two pages of decent content...the rest of the site is empty. I rank in the top ten for every title tag term on the site. Do you see many other Realtors that are local in this serp set....NO...they're all buying PPC. The term is extremely competitive 40 million results are returned. Mostly mega sites....I even rank for plain old "city real estate"
