Curious to know how the REW Summit is going for those of you who are there for the first time?

Nah - this year we played pool and ping pong at the billiards hall (got my butt beat by David Hughes - but the guy is like 6'7 and has a reach like a dinosaur.

Then we went to Karaoke (that was the first night) - Friday night we all went out again (or many of us) - wicked times at the martini lounge and beyond

Got caught up with Eric Blackwell today and he filled me in a lot of the happenings up there. Said a lot of really bright persons that "got it" were in attendance and may be participating in some projects with us.

Would have loved to have made it this year myself, but had some issues come up for me personally that prevented me from attending.

Haven't played ping pong in years - would have liked to give that a go. Wonder if I could remember which end of the paddle to hold. :P

Next years conference is definitely a priority.

Some great new information presented, but the networking and exchange of ideas made it invaluable. I already implemented some new ideas learned from others.

And yet strangely, he has cat-like reflexes. He beat me too (but not by much).

I was one of the newbies, and I am bleary eyed from staying up late to implement all the great suggestions Morgan had regarding page titles, meta descriptions, etc. I have a much better understanding of how things work now. I plan to tackle Eric's How Tos next and hope to participate in a few more blogs. Met some great folks who were very generous about sharing what they know, and I was even able to help someone else who was even newer to this than I. It was also good to see the office and meet all the people who have helped me get off to a good start. Thanks, everybody!
