I just came back from a wonderful E&O Presentation where the speaker suggested a few advertising words to use and NOT TO USE to kind of stay out of harms way (lawsuits and misrepresentation!) I figured I'd post them just FYI.....
I know some of you have been doing RE for YEARS, but it never hurts to be extra careful or articulate....especially these days!
