Good position in the SERPs from SEO is the best way to go. If you do it yourself, it's basically free (only your time)!

    IMHO-

Time, time, time - let a pro do it (SEO)and spend your time making $$ in RE....

    San Diego,

Very true - I agree with you! Agents need to concentrate on RE and let the pros do it.

In my case I've been a professional SEO since back in '97 and (not to toot my own horn) but I haven't found anyone who can do SEO as well as myself (maybe because I'm more motivated for my stuff - even other SEO experts do a better job when it's their own stuff).

Even among the SEO pros, there are varying levels of ability, and most are average or worst. So, if you find a good SEO, they're worth their weight in gold.

    Jody,

    Good point! ;-)

I don't know how much gold actually. Just a general saying. Myself I don't currently hire out my services; I only do my own stuff. Back in the day when I did SEO for others, I had a special profit-sharing arrangement. The concept worked well because if I didn't perform, there's no use for my clients paying. And when I performed, they pay me only if they get additional profits. But that arrangement works for only some fields and wouldn't work in real estate, however.

    Pay-For-Click should be called Get-Rich-Fast

For the service provider that is, not the realtor.

Hello Bennet! Great seeing you in here! How is your PPC going? I have been very fortunate I currently have about 5 Mill in Escrow 90% From PPC! I wont say that has not been without fraud but overall it has been great! I use WhizClick for my PPC!
