    Tom:

We can offer you a RE site full of content that is fully expandable and customizable that does not use frames. You can see some examples of our work here: http://www.888-24-sites.com/real-est...websites.shtml

    tom,

its very easy to get rid of your frames. I did it with my entire site. Just add &NF=1 at the end of your url and make sure every single link to that page within your site is the same url format. You don't need to go buy another site, just fix the one have. Takes some time, but worth it. I rank well on all of my primary and even secondary keywords, have no problems getting links, all pages are indexed and new pages get index'd fairly quickly.
Consider making a page for a sitemap as well. Feel free to look at my site to see how I did it using AA template.

Just remember that without the frame you don't have your navigation, so you will have to create a nav bar on each page so visitors can get to the rest of your site and back to home.

Also, you want to make sure you customize the titles for every page including your directory. My directory pages show up in search results for each state depending on search terms for relocation agents. Which is a lot more beneficial to my link parnters by possibly providing traffic, as opposed to most these sites with their pages named "links2, links3, links4" or "resources1, resources2039485" etc.

    Tom,

I am a virtual assistant for AA. You can make these sites work, I have clients at the top of their area. The most important thing to remember is excellent content built thruout the site, good sites to link with set up properly, and streamlined navigation. The template you choose is a good one. AA is great to deal with on the CS side. You are on the right track!

maybe im crazy, but from what i've researched we have one of, if not the best site in our area (local that is), and how that happened i dont know. lost of hard work i figure, but lots of mistakes as well.

*side note - you guys @ AA are awsome, i've never had a question you couldnt solve...well, except one, but thats an exception i guess

anyway - all my directory pages have &NF=1 on them, and im pretty sure my homepage isnt framed, so i guess all i have is the little bit of extra pages to work on (as far as thats concerned)

and i am working on making ALL of my pages unique, maybe not different, but unique. or is that the same.

your directory pages look good tom. just add some personalized text to your flag page so its different than the dozens of others who use the same template so you reduce your chances of problems with the dupe filter.
