    Default Adding pictures

Can anyone give me instructions on how to load pictures. I keep getting an error message when I try to preview that reads "failed to open stream: Success in home/johnsa/public_html/backend/inc/image_toolbox.php on line 49"???
none of my photos are loading... the photos are in my image directory. I tried to load from dreamweaver thru html code and directly from the backend - no luck. (My site is now live) Please help!!! Thanks.

Hi John, Instead of clicking the "Preview button" ( I think you are clicking the preview button without a url in the "images from the net" option) simply click on the image you want to load into the page, then click insert and it will create the html for that image . If you already have the html there and only want to source the uploaded image the html would look something like this is for the picture of yourself.
    <img alt="Fort lauderdale real estate - john sabia" src="/images/john.jpg" align="left" height="128" hspace="5" vspace="2" width="105" />
Note the src attribute. that is where the images are stored on the server.

    Hope this helps

ok, I was able to insert a picture. so I'll run down how to do this.

When editing a page click the image icon on the editor ( looks like a guy with red shirt). Then the "Image Toolbox" window should come up. At the top of the window you will see "Send this file" then a "Browse" button and an "Upload Button".

To upload an image to the server.:
Click the "Browse" button and select the image file from your computer.
After that the filename should appear in the text field next to "send this file:"

Then click the "Upload" button. Then wait. Depending on the size of the image this could take a few minutes to upload the image to the server. Once the image is uploaded it will appear in the "Image toolbox" window if not you should get an error message.

To insert the image into your webpage. Click the image.
And select the properties of the image, ie size, alignment, etc,.
    Then Click "Insert" ...

I hope this works for you. .... Couple of things.
You are using the cms in the new location?
When you say it is "not working", which part of this proccess is not working?

    Aaron:

I am trying to use the cms in the new site, but the problem is that my url keeps bringing up the point2 site. I do use the insert image - if you look at my site, you will see some of the pictures load and some don't.
