I know I am not in the most competitive market but thats pretty damn nice. I honestly cant believe they have me at that. I havent even really started working on getting quality links to my page other then submitting to like 4 directories and linking from my blogs. I was about to start a new thread about this as well. I bought a REW template less than a month ago, just finished filling most of the content, have 2 links, and I'm on the first page for 2 main keywords and a few lesser keywords.

MSN really does not care about the links. All it cares about is how the page is built. REW templates RULE!!!!

My 2 cents,

I just completed most of my content with an REW Template website and I am ranking in the top 2 or 3 for main keywords. I know this is not that great of an accomplishment, considering I am still sandboxed in Google and Yahoo. This is a great start though, and I am very pleased with REW's fine work and great customer service.

My dear Huntsville REW buddy, may I strongly suggest using REW's link exchange services. You have some strong websites in your area. While MSN could not give a darn about links Yahoo and especially Google does. OK, Morgan, am I getting any discounts for this services pump up?

Lol the love is on the way Mert Btw just in case anyone might think otherwise, the cedar city site is not an REW template, but congrats on the ranking nonetheless. If you have any traffic at all for MSN, multiply it by like 30-50 and that is what you should get from google for the same term In most markets anyways

One thing that our design (cedar city Online) has in common with REW is that we build unique custom design's with unique content. I have no problem giving REW prop's with there site's. Their are a lot of people in the real estate industry and many of them are lost. Hopefully someday they can all have a REW or Site Tutor design..lol right guys.

I think any simple and clean site can be optimized pretty easily for MSN... URL, Title, and H1,2,3 tags are all important...
Just use css and some simple tables and you too can get into msn fairly easily...
I have a few none real estate sites that I put together that have been #1 in MSN and its based on design alone.. (a few small links but nothing worth noting) and I can't even get the site into google for that same main KW... and I love the traffic and sales from MSN. ; )
(However for my Real Estate site - I use nothing but the best.. REW)

I've been able to get really solid traction in MSN, but really nothing of significance in either google or yahoo...and I'm running on about 5 months in now with my site.

I got there quick as well, that's so wierd that your keywords can come so fast with MSN but it will take time in the others.
Do you think if we write content about almost anything real estate related you can get up to the top of MSN?
I imagine there has to be somone else using the same basic H123 etc. tags that we all use? yet not everyone is at the top of MSN. Does it really come down to just clean CSS for REW clients ranking well in MSN?
If so I better get busy writing more articles
