    Default need RE articles

looking to build content for my site & looking for quality RE articles - buying & selling considerations, mortgages, moving in, local-area analyses, etc etc.

will print & credit existing material if it's good enough, but really looking for original content & will offer compensation for quality, previously unpublished articles: http://www.totalmove.com/PlanningCen...2/Default.aspx

any ideas/ressources? any good content exchange networks out there?

I havent really heard of a content exchange network, interesting idea, but arent you worried about duplicate content on your site? I mean if someone is submitting an article to you, likely they are going to publish it other places. My suggestion is to hire copywriters or write it yourself, that way it represents your business and model.
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!

Try looking at www.GoArticles.com or at www.ezinearticles.com

    look under "real estate".

    lots of stuff there.

We are in urgent need of a copywriter for some of our real estate clients in the Canary Islands. We write articles for our clients on a monthly basis based on keyword and keyword phrases that I research. We have been using several local copywriters with limited success. I would like to try outsourcing to a copywriter preferably with some real estate experience.

I have used articleauthors.net. David has posted in here before, that is how I found him actually. I can't say enough good things about the work that I have ordered.

Yea, I'd check him out. Just as an FYI, I think he puts his Yahoo Messenger ID on his web site - you can usually catch him online regularly.

Some time ago, I researched the concept of duplicate articles, and found that G had removed many such pages from the index.

I wonder about the copied content vs. unique content. I have two sites. My REW site will be for Search Engine position and absolutely nothing will be copied. My second site, an Advanced Access site, I am going to use for PPC and will add (legally, with the appropriate credits) a bunch of content from goarticles.com, wikipedia, ezine articles, etc., for the benefit of the visitor. I am pretty much discounting the possibility of having the AA site ranked well because of this. Having said that, I will still optimize and do the necessary linking to the AA site in the off chance that it might rank high. My two sites will be an interesting case study of copied content vs. unique content. Both sites are only a few weeks old, so they are, for the most part, under construction.
