    Hi Smuck.

If you still need a source for quality real estate articles, you'll find more than 50 of my home buying articles at my article distribution page below:
    http://ezinearticles.com/?expert_bio=Brandon_Cornett

Here are the publishing guidelines (the usual requirements):

    Hope that helps.

I'm not trying to promote anything. Just trying to help out. I don't stand to gain anything under these circumstances.

Good luck my friend. Keep working at that website.

I am pretty much discounting the possibility of having the AA site ranked well because of this. Having said that, I will still optimize and do the necessary linking to the AA site in the off chance that it might rank high. My two sites will be an interesting case study of copied content vs. unique content. Both sites are only a few weeks old, so they are, for the most part, under construction.
Just wondering, this was posted about a month ago. What is the status?

I have swung full circle on this. As I've learned a bunch here on the forum, I've concluded there is no place for unoriginal content. I've been very particular in running www.copyscape.com on my articles to make sure of it. Over the past month or so I acquired 100+ original articles for my www.joelane.com website, and will probably only use the AA site for it's many tools until I get my REW site built up with the equivalent toolset. I'll then let the AA site expire.

I've posted the articles on my website (www.joelane.com), however, I am in the process of organizing the information and editing bad articles, or simply eliminating them. It's kind of chaotic, but I'm working on it.

So, I hope that answers your question!

When I checked copyscape.com for some of my pages it would pull out like 2 sentences that would be common language for a Realtor like "We protect our buyers during the entire purchase". My question is when does a page have so much dup content that google considers the page as dup content??

I am not sure of the answer to this, however, when I get a few sentences that match another text on the Internet, I simply reword the sentence. I am trying not to take any chances. It is my understanding that Google may use copyscape for some of their dup content algorhythyms. Not sure on that. I would like to hear other's thoughts on this.

There is no way to remove duplicate content from the web. All search engines are saying is that the original supplier of content should get the search engine "juice" for it.

If you're putting content up "just" to appeal to search engines, you're losing track of the reason for the web in the first place. To provide information to web surfers.
