Attractive looking site. It took me a minute or two to figure out that this was a palm beach site as the PBC acronym wasn't enough of a clue for me. This may be an issue with all your snowbird buyers. You could fix this by changing title on home page body from "Smart way to Buy and Sell a home" to "Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens Real Estate"

I really like that you show how many active listings area available in each community in your left menu bar.

I think it looks great ... and this time of year, from a Michigan perspective, it looks really nice in "PBC" - picked out a nice little waterfront towwnhouse for myself!! You could consider forced registration - you will get more leads that way. The pros and cons are well debated in other threads.

Forced registration is such a great idea. I would also suggest doing this.
