It is true that sellers are more likely to use someone that they feel they trust. That is why agents who work the referral angle do so well. I don't think PPC will work very well to get listings. Networking, FSBO's and expireds, are the tried and true way. It ain't always sexy, but it works.

I think people are more likely to click on organic search results rather than the ones that are obviously paid for. I know someone who spent thousands on a PPC campaign for 2-3 months and never even generated a lead that ended up buying (they are a good agent too). PPC works, just not for real estate, at least that's my opinion.

Very happy to have run into this post. I am for sure going to give thisa spin. I have neverexperimented with seller leads for ppc but i really dont see how you could go wrong with terms like sell my huse in ..........
PPC can get you immediate traffic, but if you can do it organically then you will see a much better return on your money and better leads.
