Your home page meta title is a bit long and all over the board. Each page should concentrate on just one or two keyword phrases not 20.

You can build additional pages for each of your specific keyword phrases.

You will see better search engine results if you get specific with each page instead of trying to make one page rank for everything.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm definetly still a beginner. Can I only pick one? I'm a builder and a realtor. My thinking was that the home page needs to capture both new home customers and also regular real estate customers who then travel into different areas of the site...any suggestions?

Play around with any of the free keyword tools on the net such as the Google Keyword Tool. They will tell you how much search traffic and competition there is for any of your particular search terms.

For newer sites I recommend going after high search volume keywords with low competition. This is where you will see the quickest results but don't neglect the high volume high competition keywords, just don't expect to rank for them as quickly.

I just built a site for a dog groomer. She wanted to go after the term "Area Name Canine Groomer" Only 5 people a month in my area search for this term. By going with "Area Name Dog Groomer" It increases to 500 a month. Using the right keyword phrases on your website can make all the difference in the world when trying to increase traffic.

Just Google "Free Keyword Tools" and there should be a number of options. I use wordtracker and the Google keyword tool on a regular basis.

Page speed is way to low at 56- because of all the images. I was told the dame thing a week ago. Everything else looks good

Site looks good although there are a few things that I might tweak. I think it would be important to have a link to search MLS in the main menu bar on top of page. Also the lack of somewhat current blog posts might be an issue for some clients. Might be better to cut back on the number of listings that you display on home page. Currently displaying 18 which seems like too many.
