Default Contact Management- Complete CRM Solutions

Anyone every used or heard of www.completecrmsolutions.com ? I want it for managing a team of 5 and it looks like one of the best solutions I have seen. I want to assign over 200 leads a month from various sources, referral contacts, track weekly and monthly results, where leads come from, track ROI from each lead source, etc. Looks like it can be customized the way I want. Has many report options including visual graphs, calendar sharing, setting up campaigns, etc. Looks far easier and more user friendly with more sophisticated reporting and sharing options than Top Producer, Agent 2000, etc. It appears that I can set up a bunch of parameters the way I want vs. some "as is" program.

Anyone have any first hand experience?

Welcome to your guide to Orange County, Ca Real Estate and MLS Search, and the home to the world's best climate at San Clemente Real Estate where you can enjoy luxury coastal living with a beach close lifestyle.

hmmmmmm... Why ask? Your post is a 5 star review.

I have some friends at ORCommerce who are doing some amazing things with open-realty and SugarCRM. Their web site should be ready by mid Jan.
