Question Which way is better and why?

Okay just for grins and enquiring minds want to know. In your opinion which way is better to make your pages? And this time don't pick 4 unless you really mean it!

I expect my traffic to come from the search engines so personally, I would use "Georgia-Real-Estate.htm"

I know there are conflicting views on the subject but I believe the search engines can't mess up parsing [Georgia] [Real] [Estate] vs. "georgiarealestate"

Plus, to me, it looks better in the search results.

Hyphenated domain names have become somewhat passe. If available, the keywords strung together will always list higher.

Really? I've never heard that. Most of my site is that way so cool but what grounds do you base that on? Have you just read it? Statically seen it? I find that very interesting. My thoughts would have been that it doesn't really matter but I have not facts to back it up, just my assumption.

Just recently, on a different forum, I heard just the opposite view.

I guess there are a lot of "myths" in SEO

on some tests I have done with this I have found they read both about equally... use a less competetive keyword like "venizad blue collar" Where it brings up nothing, then try both styles below.

    venizadbluecollar.htm

    and

    venizad-blue-collar.htm

    or even the third

    venizad_blue_collar.htm

My opinion only, no facts here.

I like georgiarealestate.htm. Google is able to pick words out of a URL, so it shouldn't really matter. But I choose that because it seems consistant with how many great URL's are formed, IE www.PhoenixHomes.com. LOL!

Haven't "forgotten", just didn't want to plug my direct competition for Scottsdale Real Estate and Scottsdale Homes for sale.

You know, the whole making money to keep food on the table thing...

Sorry Susan, got off subject a bit here. I still like the "alltogether" one.
