    Default sitemap

    My sitemap.xml seems to be shorter than most peoples - any suggestiions?
    I checked a few out and they have all their pages and mine doesn't.
    Is there a way to get all my pages added?

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
    - <sitemapindex xmlns="http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9">
    - <sitemap>
    <loc>http://www.cunninghamandassociates.ca/sitemap_0.xml</loc>
    </sitemap>
    </sitemapindex>

    Hello,

    This is the new method of doing the sitemap. It's called a sitemap index.
    So ... all of the pages you have are in the sitemap: http://www.cunninghamandassociates.ca/sitemap_0.xml

    The sitemap does limit the listings to the cities you have selected on the "IDX Setting" page....
    Since you only have Calgary and Rural Rockyview selected - it's only showing listings from those 2 "cities"

    Would you like to show listings from other cities in the XML sitemap - but not have them searchable on the site?

    The sitemaps are automatically generated using a script - the sitemap_0.xml is the current sitemap on your site
    The Reason for that is this file: http://www.cunninghamandassociates.ca/sitemap.xml
    is the "Site Map Index" - so if you added a ton of pages, and the links in the sitemap reached the max, it would generate a "sitemap_01.xml" and add it to the sitemap index. This way, you only have to submit the sitemap index to webmaster tools. Hope that makes sense.

    What information is missing?
