P.S. there are currently 290 words, not including menus etc.

With the content I need to write, I believe that will go up to about 350, and then I can easily write more good content, just don't want to over do it.

A lot of people have told me "make sure you put at least 1,000 words on your main page". And when I say a lot, I mean people on forums, seo consultants, people with other websites from all categories, etc. And I notice that almost always the top search results have a lot of content, well over 1,000 words in most cases.

IFrame is no good.. you do need more keyword rich text .. headings... actually everything SEO wise inclding title and meta data needs to be configured properly.. ie Buying house in.. or Best Real Estate Agent in ...

    your title is:

Amistad Real Estate Property Management - La Paz BCS Mexico.. not very descriptive my friend.. I too have a lot of work to do for my team as their web was never optimized properly..

but I would suggest looking into it.. and getting the SEO right from the start.

I guess you have been working on content but I would break it up some. Throw some calls to action in there.

I think you have a nice clean look. You might want to lighten the background color where you have all you main text.

The main thing I noticed is your main page is heavy on "Amistad Real Estate" and it is also in the Title. So if someone google's Amistad Real Esate you will do well. But if they google Amistad they already know about you. The main page should be heavy in La Paz real estate, Baja Sur real estate (these should also be in the title), La Paz rentals, etc. So city references should be your key words. So then your title and key words match up to you domain name - a good thing.

<h1> For instance sb: Welcomes to La Paz and Baja Sur Real Estate Sales - or something along those lines.

Thank you all for your comments.

Certain elements you have mentioned were done for specific reasons. I need to keep a relatively large number of references to Amistad Real Estate as there are a number of firms across the US with this name, so I want to ensure I come out above them in the local searches. However you are right there needed to be more mention to the city and the state etc and I believe I have done this.

In regards to the title and description I have made a few tweaks however can't think how to improve it too much more without losing readability and going over the character count. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have lightened up the background, that was a nice idea thank you. Since you all looked I have also made a number of changes and the property search now works, and the rental page is online, although only the one rental house works.

Omaxx you mention iframe is no good. Can you expand on this a little? I also believe it is not the BEST solution in the world however in my market it is still far better than most realtors and actually it provides some nice functionality for clients.

The page speed needs working on. I haven't really done any optimization yet on css, javascript or gzip etc but will get to that once the site is done.

Your views once again would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks all,

    Simon.

This site could be greatly enhanced by adding some pages for the various communities in your area and then linking to them form the home page. Will help your SEO efforts tremendously by landing some longtail searches.

Exactly what i was thinking Mark. I plan on doing just that over the next few weeks. I have put it live for now as it is a vast improvement on my previous site but will certainly be doing that.

    Thanks
