Calm down,
The MLS logo thing yeah a little out of place. Yes you do have a lot of content. I'm no expert but I read allot and more than 3 keywords are not going to beneficial.
We all have type A personalities so there is going to be some chicken walking.
How in the world did you get that many plus ones? I gave another just because

Just fixed it! I accidentally deleted it I think when I was trying to edit the settings.



Thanks for the feedback! I just got this website and REW definitely allows for extreme improvement through add-on's, both functionally and graphically speaking. I will be working on what I have right now (which is just a basic template) in the next couple of weeks, so I just thought I'd ask people what they thought before I started to work on it.

Yes Chas I didn't see the rest of the posting, I hope I was constructive as my intention is definitely to help my friend.

You can make a basic template stand out with a custom header for a few hundred dollars. Build out pages and your site will pull.. I think your H1 tag needs to be Charleston Real Estate or something of that nature. Loose the funky mls logos. Oh and keep you comments positive and you will get ten times the help and responses.. Oh and Charleston realestate guide to your property or what ever that is should be the same as your url. you want people to remember where they are at.
