    I base my statement on my experience. I'm not saying there's any better tool, I'm saying that Wordtracker doesn't give the real picture.

    I think it helps you find other key phrases pretty well, if you couple it with a few other tools like datapoint does in the keyword tool they have, it can make an impact.
    On the other hand, none of those tools can possibly predict what exact keywords you need. For instance, I get a better conversion rates on smaller keywords that are no where near my main keyword. Everyone fights for the big keyword and here i am picking up smaller one that none of those tools ever gave me because those tools are not smart enought to figure out that I wouldn't mind getting a lead on "smaller community area condo" instead of just "Main Area Real Estate".
