Should I build this?

Hi All,

I'm not a realtor or work in a real estate field but I have always been interested in real estate. Over the last few months in my free time I've been designing a website and wanted to get the groups thoughts and feedback.

You can see the screenshots of the site as attached .jpgs. I've only included a few pages but all the pages have been designed.

My thoughts about the site would be a showcase for anyone with a property. (i'm not sure how to limit this for just realtors) The website will give you just one property image with your listing. You may think of this as a drawback - I think of it as an opportunity to capture an audience with one great photo. It will also provide the user with some syndication to other sites as well as the ability to "like" and provide feedback.

Is this something worth building?
Would anyone use it?

I don't know how you can make that a unique or better experience for the customer than others out there, especially with just one photo. But anything is possible.

Thanks for your honesty. My idea for only having one image is that I don't want to host the listing or property. All realtors should have a site by now and by showing a great part of the house with an image - the user would be more inclined to visit the realtors page.

That's really tough. It may be a real up hill battle unless you have a real unique twist to it.

I agree, tough to compete with national syndicator sites that have millions of listings.
