    Cool Next Generation MLS Search

If anyone is interested in offering a superior MLS search, take a look at http://www.mls-turbo.com (password "turbo"). It is fast, simple, efficient and graphically rich. Potential home-buyers really love it.

We are currently offering it for the various MLS's served by FlexMLS (FBS Data), but it can be adapted to any data feed.

This greatly enhances the home-buyer's search experience, and is a great way to guarantee traction at any real-estate web site.

    Please contact me if interested.

Good concept however I think people are more visual and the returned search results don't include images unless you click-thru to them.

You might want to update the RESULTS GUI to include 1 image for each of the properties returned.

Actually, the top-50 properties come back in a table, with all 50 images already available. Click on the magnifying glass next to any property on the list, and its image (and details) displays instantly above (without the need for downloading another web page). Or, you can scroll through the properties on the "Full Detail" page, and again, all data and images are already there without fetching another web page each time.

Please try it again, and you will see.

There seems to be a disconnect between teeing up a map for someone to select off of, and then drilling results in a list...you lose your sense of location when the list comes back. This is nice, but some of the new sites that are completely based off of the google map system, IMHO, are better than this, because you keep your sense of location, and then can drill into details as appropriate (all from the map).

To me, this is a step backwards.
