You have a creative look to your web site, my FSBO site is a bit plain and i am redoing it right now.

As i can see we are both in the same boat with pretty much no listings at this point waiting on better placement in the search engines.

I am curious, who are you using for credit card processing - are you doing it in real time or enter it in to a machine? Did you find a good rate?

Nope, those links are staying put.

I am keeping the same format, i am just changing the colors and adding a menu bar at the top.

I strongly believe you should have a small index page size - keeping it under 30k - speed is just about everything - also the speed at which my visitors aquire their information is also hugh, that is why i place my listings on the home page and not make my visitors try to find them.
