What name did you inquire under Heather? I tried Heather Shiver in the lead manager and did not see you. Could it be your submission failed? Might it be under a different name?

My site is from Property Minder and it was $99 to setup and $69mo, check out the Tampa Real Estate link below. My buyers love it. I like all the custom IDX buttons I can make for different searches and they are in real time compared to a MLS link you may send a client.

If you don't have the money for a professional website I would recommend using "word press". It has many themes to download and is relatively easy to use. However, You will still need to find a host and work on your own SEO.
