Exclamation Emails to Junk Box !?!

Ok, maybe some of you webmasters or agents out there have a piece of advice for me on this sore subject of mine....
I get leads off my site, many of then. They fill out forms like you wouldn't believe... I haven't closed a deal because of it for the life of this site(for 5 months now) I don't even get responces back from replying to their forms/requests... Why? ...

Because my emails I write them go DIRECTLY TO A JUNK FOLDER that they don't check - ever!. So.... When they do not put their phone number (which many of them do not put it) I have virtually NO WAY to respond...
Everytime I talk to some and tell them I will send properties via email from the MLS - I notify them to "add me to the OK list" and that my email will come into the JUNK MAIL folder... But If, I don't chat witht hem first.... I'm stuck.
Junk mail is great from keeping Viag-r-a out and stuff like that, but terrible if you need to get ahold of someone who never wrote you an email before!

So... any thoughts.. Come on.. somebody has to know how to get around this little problem....

A polite note on the contact form explaining that they will need to allow a reply from xxxx@yyyyyy.com to get the details for which they have asked.

Just what I was thinking jenny! Kudos to you!

It is a problem for me too. Guess I better get crackin' on adding that blurb to both of my sites contact forms right away.

I think you need to look into a professional email delivery company like Topica. They get their mail machines white listed with all of the big ISP's and while delivery won't be 100%, it is going to be a heck of alot better than what you have now. I am not affiliated, but know a bit about companies like them as my best bud used to be the #2 there. But, he just left, so don't be askin' for any freebies.

I wonder if there is a way to get my precious little email address white listed....

Jenny, - good point, but I was trying to keep my address OFF the site from spammers... i know I could make a jpg of text and the spiders wont get it, plus i have dubbed up the robots.txt from many sources and that should do a good job too, but i was hoping for some magical way to break the junk mail filter if someone fills out a form on my site....

What is it about your return email address that is getting it flagged as Junk Mail?

I haven't a clue..... I think many people have a white list.... or programs at their jobs that filter out emails as junk when they have words like "homes" or "Property" or they are from certian IP's that aren't standard customers or vendors....

it seems to work fine in my testing to hotmail and yahoo account (sometimes hotmail does junk it if I BCC myself on it)

the bottom line is, there are so many ways your email can get filtered at the ISP level as well as at the local (user / client) level. If you send out a lot of emails every month to your clients, some kind of white listed email delivery system is probably a good idea. Getting your personal email address whitelisted is not going to happen.
