Hi Vickie,

So you're looking for the "Built In" IDX for your site? It's $2,500. However, yes your site would need a new template / platform.
It would be about 5-7hr programming for the upgrade. Plus design will need to estimate as well. I don't believe we have that template on our new platform. So it would be best to choose a new one from http://www.rewtemplates.com/
I'll ask design to come and estimate their part of the upgrade.

In regards to upgrading your site, please let us know if you'd like to use one of the new template options here, http://www.rewtemplates.com/? You could use one of the default colour options - or if you'd like to transfer your existing colour scheme, this would take some additional custom time. Based on using a new template option, the upgrade estimate would be about 3 hours design plus any customizations you'd like to have transferred over from your existing site.


Other Customizations that you may like to transfer:

-add a "Bookmark Us" graphic on my site: http://www.vickierealestate.com. 30 minutes]

-In the side navigation menu, change the background color of my subpage links. Instead of gray for the sub pages background color, I would like for their background color to be white. [30 minutes]

- Transfer custom slideshow photos - (they were added from our end and may need to be resized depending on template choice above) [1.5 hours]

- Add icons to the right top corner of the content area on all pages of site. [30 minutes design]
