Has anyone taken out the daily 'click' ads on facebook and targeted their zipcode for new 'likes' and fans/clients?

Michael, this is a question that is something I'd like to see an answer to. I have had some people do it locally, and it was much more negative then positive in their response. However, none were in it for what i believe was long enough to succeed or get good metrics from. ..How bout them Giants!

If you are going to do it, dominate it and give it a few month minimum. I would be interested, as many other would, how this works out.
