    Hi Vic,

    Everything looks do able here and it seems you've outlined it quite well.
    One thing is with that form you mention - there isn't going to be a way for you to edit that form to add new drop downs and such, since the code will need to be on our side. I'm not sure how well the printing will work since it's within an Iframe, I did a quick test in firefox and it doesn't seem to be an issue.

    For the estimate:
    - Setting up the RETS script to pull the sold listings: 5hrs programming.
    - Then the remainder of the programming about 25-30hrs programming.

    So Estimate: 30-35hrs programming. Plus the 5hrs design for a 35-40hr total estimate.
